While we always strive to get your shirts to your door as quickly as possible, this window ensures we can account for all external logistics and maintain the secure handling of your premium garments.
How can I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking details so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Orders & Payment

Do you offer buy-now-pay-later options? Yes. At checkout, you can select Tabby to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. You receive your order immediately and pay over time. We also accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How does the Multi-Buy Discount work? Building your executive rotation is highly encouraged. When you buy 2 shirts, you automatically receive 20% off your entire order. If you buy 3 or more shirts, you unlock 40% off your entire order.
Can I mix and match different colors and sizes for the discount? Absolutely. Our volume discounts apply to your entire cart. You can mix any colors, patterns, and sizes, and the discount will automatically apply at checkout once you hit the quantity threshold.

What is the fit of the shirts? Our shirts are designed with a strict slim fit. They are engineered to contour perfectly to the body, providing a sharp, flawless silhouette that never loses its shape. We recommend utilizing the "Calculate My Size" tool on our product pages to find your exact match based on your height and weight.
What materials are the shirts made of? We source highly sought-after, premium Japanese textiles. The shirts feature an 80% cotton blend, constructed by master tailors in Turkey to ensure superior breathability, a luxurious hand-feel, and durability.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your investment. We offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How do I initiate an exchange if the size isn't right? Simply reach out to our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number. We will provide you with a return shipping label and guide you through a seamless exchange process to get the correct size into your hands.
