You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition of Garments (Strictly Enforced)
Because our garments are designed for a precision slim fit, they must be returned in absolute pristine condition.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and completely free of cologne, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear.

All original tags and packaging must be fully intact and attached.

Note: We inspect all returns at our local facility. Garments that do not meet these strict hygiene and condition standards will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
Exchanges
Need to size up or down? Simply request an exchange through our support channel. To get your new shirt to you as fast as possible, your replacement order will be dispatched the moment your original item is handed to our local courier.
Multi-Buy Bundle Returns
Our Multi-Buy discounts (e.g., Buy 2 Save 20%, Buy 3+ Save 40%) are designed to reward full bundle purchases. If you choose to return a single item from a bundle, your refund will be calculated by pricing the kept items at their standard retail value.
